I ordered this because the color online looked kind of warm and soft, but when it showed up it was way brighter and more orange than I thought it would be. It’s not really the shade I had in mind, honestly. The quality seems fine enough, but color matching matters to me, so I was a little disappointed. Could’ve been my screen maybe, but it still looked different from the photos.

"Pretty easy to use overall"
The website was easy enough to get around, and the pages loaded just fine for me. I found what I was looking for without too much fuss, which is always nice. The checkout part could maybe be a little clearer, but overall it was a good experience.

I ordered based on the size guide, but it ended up fitting a bit looser than I expected. It’s not a big deal and I can still make it work, but I do wish the measurements had been a little clearer before I bought it.

The site looks nice at first glance, but I wasn’t totally convinced about how authentic the brand felt. Some of the details were kind of vague, and it felt like the more I looked, the more the goalposts kept moving in terms of what I was supposed to trust. I didn’t feel confident enough to place an order

I’ve liked the products I’ve bought from Turmeric and Honey, so I do keep coming back, but it’s frustrating when the exact things I want are out of stock. Sometimes I’m ready to check out and then suddenly I’m forced to be patient, which is not exactly my favorite hobby. The site itself is easy enough to use, I just really wish they kept better stock.

I ordered from turmericandhoney.co.uk the delivery was much slower than I expected. I kept checking for updates, but there wasn’t much movement, which got frustrating. By the time it finally showed up, I didn’t really need it anymore. The products might be perfectly fine, but the long wait definitely put me off ordering again.

I didn’t have the best experience with turmericandhoney.co.uk, unfortunately. I asked for a refund and the process felt slow. I had to follow up a couple of times, and the replies were polite enough, but a bit vague, with no clear date or proper update. To be fair, I did get my money back in the end, which I appreciated, but the whole thing was more frustrating than it needed to be

The design was mostly what I expected from the pictures online, so there weren’t any big surprises. The pattern and layout matched well overall. The colors did look a little warmer on the site, and the print size felt slightly different in person, but it wasn’t a major issue. It just wasn’t exactly the same as I imagined. I’d say 3 stars feels fair.

"Pretty disappointed with the packaging"
My order did arrive on time, which I appreciated, but I felt let down when I opened it. The box was a little crushed, and one of the items had leaked inside, so everything was sticky and messy. The products themselves might be fine, but for the price, I really expected better care with the packaging. It was frustrating, and I’m not sure I’d order again

Most of my order was fine. Like, everything was there except one item was wrong. I noticed it after checking the bag, which was a little annoying. They did fix it in the end, so that was good. Just took a bit longer than I expected.

i mean, I ordered a few bits and overall it was a good experience. The prices seemed fair compared to a few other places I looked at, and the quality is solid for what I paid. Delivery wasn’t super quick, but it wasn’t bad either. I’d probably order again, I just wish some of the items had a bit more detail in the descriptions.

The whole pricing situation felt way too hidden. I was just trying to figure out what I’d actually be paying, and it turned into this dramatic detective mission for absolutely no reason. Just show the price upfront! It shouldn’t feel like I’m uncovering government secrets to make a simple purchase

My first impression was decent overall, and customer service did get back to me in the end. It just took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up once to get a response. Not a terrible experience or anything, but it would’ve been better if they were a bit quicker

The refund did come through eventually, but it was slower than I expected. The emails I got along the way were confusing too, so I wasn’t always sure what was happening or if I needed to do anything... just made the whole thing feel more stressful than it needed to be

"Really nice quality, just a bit pricey"
I grabbed a couple of things from Turmeric & Honey and honestlyyy, I was happy with them. The tea tasted really fresh, and the packaging was neat with nothing damaged at all. My only small thing is that it felt a little expensive for the size, but overall I liked what I got and I’d totally order again.
